Refund policy

Original Artworks & Prints:

I hope you will be very happy with your new artwork but if you've changed your mind you may request a return/exchange within 14 days. To be eligible for a refund or exchange your order must be returned undamaged and must reach me in a 100% re-saleable condition. You are responsible for the postage cost of returning your order and for ensuring that it is repackaged securely to avoid damage in transit. If your order arrives back to me damaged then no refund can be given. Once I have received your returned item and checked that these conditions are met then you will be reimbursed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction too. If more than 15 business days have passed your return was approved, please contact me at info@katebroadhurst.com.

To request a return, please send an email with your order details and reason for wanting to return/exchange to info@katebroadhurst.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Kate Broadhurst Studio, Meanwhile House, Curran Embankment, Cardiff, CF10 5DY. 

Commissions:

For bespoke commissions I take a 50% non-refundable deposit prior to starting the work. If you change your mind once we have begun then I will retain this deposit but you are not obliged to pay the remaining balance. The final 50% payment will be charged when your work is complete before delivery. Once your commission has had final approval and been delivered no refunds are accepted. 

Damages and issues:

I package my work with great care but accidents can sometimes happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item has been damaged in transit. Please take photographs of the damage, including packaging and email me at info@katebroadhurst.com so I can investigate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items:

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or bespoke commissions.
