Unframed artworks will be beautifully packaged and dispatched from the studio within 4 working days.

When your order is out for delivery you will receive a tracking number via email. Delivery times are usually between 2-3 business days but this may take longer during peak seasons. Always allow extra time for your order to arrive if you need it by a certain date.

I hope you will be very happy with your new artwork but you may request a return/exchange within 14 days. To be eligible for a refund or exchange your order must be returned to me undamaged and in a 100% re-saleable condition. For further information see my Refund Policy.

In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged please send photographs of the damage, including the packaging so I can investigate the issue and make it right.
